1. And after all of our travels, I would be hard-pressed to think of a nicer, more luxurious, roomier, more comfortable, better located, more all-around PERFECT resort hotel in the Lake Buena Vista/Orlando area than the Blue Heron.

4. No pillows or sheets for the rust stained sofabed later that night which were not there when we needed them, limited supplies in the unit, we can pick up some items at the desk but we have to go down to fetch them, dirty floors and stained carpet, hard to find luggage carts.

6. The main door to the unit will slam HARD and if you are in the way you will get hurt.

The staff were always very helpful and friendly, they do try to get you to attend a time share meeting when you check in but I declined and that was that (no hard sell tactics like in Europe) There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and a Walgreens supermarket just over the road where you can stock up on essentials.

10. The beds are rock hard, which for me was perfect, if you need a softer bed then you might have to bring something to accomplish that need.
