1. Getting out of Blue Heron in the morning can be a hassle if you leave during rush hour because you can only turn right on exit and that can be annoying but you learn to live with it.

4. The place should be wonderful, location is great, views of the lake are breathtaking, but when you find things are missing when you get to your room it becomes very annoying that these things have not been checked before you arrive, ie, no hairdryer, no iron, shower light not working, lovely big oven but no shelves or trays to put food on,the room caters for 8, but nothing adds up to 8, 6 glasses, 7 cups 9 diner plates, 6 side plates, etc, etc, when you ask for things, you get them, no problem, but we are on holiday, we should not be having to ask, and then be told you have to be in your room to get these items or let the electrican in to fix your light, our travel company ask for us to be sited on a high floor, when we checked in we were given a low floor, and told we could upgrade to a high floor for between $10 and $20 dollars a night , the place was halve empty, i wonder why?,the cleaners leave a note saying that the room was clean on a certain date, our date was january, as i said , should be the perfect place to stay, but .

5. The Blue Heron had recently been purchased by a timeshare company and the constant pressure to attend presentations from the hugely annoying timeshare staff was truly invasive.
