1. Also, the noise from other units: we could hear people moving chairs around on their balconies every night, as late as 2am.

7. 1st - on their web they said they ar 5 star but when we got there we found out that they have 4 stars2nd- their keys did not work on the elevator and we went back and force to get that fixed3rd - their whirlpool bathtub did not work for our 6 day stay4th - when we asked them to fix the whirlpool tub they ignored it and never fixed it they just casually said sorry for the inconvenience 5th - on the 4th day the key did not work to let us in the room we went down 3 times then finally they came and fixed it6th - the swimming pool is full of dead bugs7th - beds make loud noise when you turn from one side to another and they are very uncomfortable8th - the doors squeeck loudly.

8. Also, the top two floors in Tower 1 have higher ceilings so the noise from the room above is not as bad as it prob is on the lower floors.

9. Because all of the units have balconies overlooking the pool, the noise would have been a problem for me on a lower floor (people swim late into the night).
