1. We never had any problem with traffic on the way to and from the parks.

5. When I asked to speak with a manger it seemed to become a problem, I was told there was some kind of a change and they didn't know who was the manager for the desk.

6. No staff at pool areas,Towels seem to be a real problem, no bins with fresh pool towels in the large pool area, we have to wash and bring our own we are told, who wants to do this on vacation??? So we need to stop and go wash towels when ours are soaking wet from swiming in order to have a dry one,,,Don't think so.

8. The drive to the parks is about 10 minutes if you just go straight back and forth, but prepare for traffic and problems.
