6. All the little details were wrong, including the exposed parking garage under our hotel room and having to go to the lobby to return to the roof.

7. Don't get me wrong, the design is nice, and the pool on the roof was amazing, but the hotel just didn't run smoothly and didn't work for us.

Again, there were the same (and sometimes worse) problems with service: having to ask for a menu or an iced tea three times before it's brought; tea and toast taking over an hour from room service; entirely wrong dishes being brought out and when you inform them that it's absolutely not even close to what you ordered, major attitude.

9. As an added bonus, the incidental charges were put on the wrong credit card, and two months later this still has not been resolved.
