4. - an 'odd' odor in the lobby, presumably from the aquarium, made it uncomfortable to stay in that area for long- quite a walk to get to SoBe attractions (for those in heels)- no viewPersonally, I do not believe we will return based upon the lack of attention to our concern regarding the incidental charge.

5. We visited some friends at the Shore Club and, while the pool at the Shore Club is awesome and more to my taste than the Gansevoort's, the rooms were shockingly drab and uncomfortable.
