3. Everything that other people wrote about this place is completely true: (1) overpriced food for room service, (2) they don't offer breakfast, (3) paying an extra $15 cash every time you go to the gym, (4) pools and elevators not working, (5) rude front desk, (6) no help with luggage.

9. Positives: 1) Newly renovated 2) Comfortable rooms (although some are quite small) 3) Beautiful pool decks (one of which is on the rooftop) Negatives: 1) Very poor service: staff is rude, inattentive, unhelpful and basically does the bare minimum.

10. The idea of waiting 45 minutes for alcohol-light drinks, served by a rude bartender was less than appealing, so we obviously skipped that dubious pleasure.
