7. negatives, lobby is unimpressive with a single small blue door, the use of gym is not included, the TV takes about 120 seconds to turn on, elevator access is confusing, dining is pricey (including a rediculously overpriced Chinese restaurant, I don't care if he is a celebrity shet, orange chicken shouldn't never be $60), and parking was a total rip off.
