I told her that this was unacceptable, that I felt that I had been tricked with the bait and switch, that there was no disclaimer on the discount website, that I would be making a claim with American Express, that I didn't know who was at fault for tricking me, Gansevoort or the discount website, and that I was coming to the front desk immediately to check out and stomp down Collins Avenue with my luggage to the Ritz Carlton.
