1. We did have to wait about an hour after check-in time but, we were at the pool so, this was not a problem.

2. It's an old hotel so you have central AC which was a problem for us in a huge suite, the air gets STAGNANT in certain rooms if you don't freeze everyone with the central AC.

3. There were some minor problems -- a shower that leaks water onto the floor, I didn't get the right room I asked for (but that was corrected after a phone call upon arrival), but that was it.

6. Only problem we noticed was they seemed understaffed, not sure if this was a current staffing issue or if it's a long term problem but when you wait an hour for a bucket of ice its frustrating.

7. I could write an article about how bad this hotel is but I'll be brief:1) The hotel has a problem with housekeeping - very poor standard.

8. Suppose it was our fault for not thinking ahead but we've been to loads of Hotels before and it's never been a problem.

9. When we asked for a late check out on Sunday (Sunday night is the slowest night for Miami hotels, so usually shouldn't be a problem), we were immediately told no, even without asking for our room number, or any other specific information.
