1. I complained to management, and they credited us $50 each night, because of the non-working a/c and the poor view.

2. The beach is a short walk away - I don't think it's much to complain about as your not at a Sandals resort with a low rise infrastructure with beach front rooms - just keeping things in perspective.

5. I'm not one to just complain, so in the end, one of the food and beverage managers along with the technology person were very helpful and the staff at STK and Plunge were great.

7. Why complain about the cost of snacks/beer when all you have to do is go across the street and pay regular retail? But that's the difference in experience between uptight complainers and easy, let's make this work kind of people.

10. A friend who stayed next door to me complained that the hotel lost his laundry and he had to call repeatedly to locate it, and when he left his breakfast tag on his door, there was nothing there in the morning.
