1. I stayed on the 8th floor with a double/double suite, all of the rooms were large and clean, the bathroom was probably the only problem as it was a little small and cramped but its not as if you spend a great deal of time in there.

3. the only problems we encountered were with the air-con's noise and not being able to regulate the room temp, how early the maids usually called (8am) but most of all we both suffered from extremely itchy skin, this was due to the detergent that the bedding is washed in, it is just stronger than we are used to.

9. It had everything you needed, it all worked and it was cleanThe lifts were fine (there are three of them) - yes, you sometimes had to wait a couple of minutes but so what? We were on the 22nd floor and didn't find it a problem.
