1. I guess the only issue I would say I had is the mattress was a little hard but overall I was happy with the stay.

3. The plumbing in the hotel is clearly ancient and the groaning pipework can wake you up but if youve been rampantly exploring the city as we did then that shouldn't prove too much of an issue as you'll be exhausted.

4. I visited this hotel 29/12/11 - 02/01/12 yet even as of yesterday, I am still receiving calls from the hotel to try and resolve the issue with the booking, asking me for information and telling me they will charge my credit card if it cannot be resolved.

5. I had booked a delux double, another friend had an ordinary double and another pair of friends were upgraded to a suite with issues on teir room being ready.

7. It doesn't look like I'm the only one complaining about this hotel and the same issues So I would give this hotel a miss if your looking for a relaxing stay with no issues.
