1. Delay in getting room (even after check in time) which was annoying after long journey and had to remove items belonging to previous guests.

4. I didn't find hotel staff especially helpful, our room suffered from constant electricity breaks and with record tempereture of 103 degrees not having air-conditioning was really annoying.

5. Sure it was by my request but really it couldnt have been put in as a STAT clean? Also they really need to invest in an ice machine,it is especially annoying because it is the summer and ice melts fast.

7. you do get clanging of the pipes through the night which is a bit annoying but no worse than hearing the cabs beeping each other outside.
