5. I had read the complaints on here before we went but i have to say the water was always hot and powerful shower, we never waited for the lifts longer than a few mins and reception was fine even arranging us a private transfer back to the airport.

6. My main complaint about this hotel is with regard to buying Broadway tickets from the Piccolo Gift Shop, located in the in the Wellington hotel lobby, to purchase theatre tickets and which is linked from the Wellington Hotel's website.
