3. The window in our room was broken and we could hear the very loud new york traffic which kept us up all night obviouslt new york is a loud city but when there was no need for noise if window wasnt broken in first place.

4. Since the view consisted of a large bank of windows across a small alley, I was constantly on display for the people in that building for the couple of hours it took before anybody got around to coming to repair the broken shade.

5. 443 had the double bed as we had paid for, but the a/c was broken so there was a window a/c above it that rattled when it ran and it was sealed from the elements with duct tape.

7. This hotel has a few nice rooms left, but unless you're somebody, you'll get one of their old, dusty, cramped closets with no electrical outlets in the bathroom and broken down furniture.

10. In order to get to the room we (my wife & I), had to walk to the middle of the hotel to get to an elevator that was broken at all times and when it worked it was really slow.
