3. when we checked in the staff at reception were plesant the doormen very helpful, when we got to our room BIG disappointment we have stayed here before and the room we had last time was much bigger and nicer the room we got this time was horrible and small and after hearing about other people getting upgrades we felt totally let down as this was a very special occasion for us.
