1. Yes, they still do not have flat screen TVs, the carpet is worn (duct taped just outside the elevators on the 15th floor), the carpet in the room had various small stains, the tub drain ran a little slow -- all the things I expected after having read the other reviews.

5. Another slightly annoying matter was the slow elevators - it will depend on how busy the hotel is but you may find yourself waiting quite a while for one.
