1. Add that to bad proms and horrible security (people begged in the elevator - no joke), and you get a hotel I wouldn't wish on someone I hated.

It's definitely not a horrible place to bed down for a few days, the staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, but amenities for a hotel of this supposed caliber are very much absent: My unpaid portion of my bill was just $59, but somehow I have $573 in pending charges, though I contacted the hotel to ensure these charges will fall off--I'm told they will.
