1. If that sounds like it's not a big deal, you need to see the size of the place, then you'll see why it's awesome that she remembered one request about one room.

2. Another negative comment I have (and it really isn't a big deal) is that all of the hotel bars and restaurants were closed by 11pm on a Saturday night.
