The bathroom also looked a little beat up - there was a section of the tile that wasn't flush to the wall, as if maybe a hole was created and then patched back up hastily?The tub, toilet & sink appeared clean, as did the bed linens, but after that inital experience I just had a hard time relaxing and feeling like the room was clean.

3. The only negative is that it is hard to go for a walk from this location -- streets are busy and hard to cross, and there's little neighborhood feel in this part of Midtown.
