1. unfurtunately very bad experience,NEVER again,all the shampoo ,cream and conditioner were half way all with hairs around them,never see that before in my whole life,proof of that is been record after a left,almost lost a wedding meating hour,the wallet could NOT locate my car,it took 2 hours for them to bring the car up.

2. Overall don't let picky tripadvisor reviewers who write a kneejerk unfair bad review based on not having a flat screen TV or fast high speed wi-fi or maybe having a small stains on there white sheets put you off.

3. Add that to bad proms and horrible security (people begged in the elevator - no joke), and you get a hotel I wouldn't wish on someone I hated.

4. The room wasn't too bad except for the fact the windows and balcony door were not well soundproofed and the sound of traffic noise and police sirens at 2am got rather irritating.

5. I had no problem with the folks at the desk - who tried to find a room with a city view for me (15th floor - not bad - and around the corner from what I think was the nearby ATT building, so I had a view - 1516).

6. The hotel had a nice idea of lit candles during the evening placed throughout the hotel, but the glass was so stained with old wax and dirt looked so bad & cheap, but nice idea.

7. Now from the area that its in i seen a couple of reviews saying the area is bad, but the area does have a homeless shelter as well a couple of drug outpatient buildings.
