6. The manager also told us that she would give us a compt room for our troubles but at check out we were told we would have to call a number with the complaint and they would handle it from there.

7. The only complaint with this room was our balcony over looked the emergency side of the hospital, so it was a little difficult to fall asleep due to the sound of sirens at night.

8. What on earth is wrong with you guys? Do you complain for the sake of complaining? Is it a national pasttime? Or do you find it difficult to admit that people are doing a good job? I was impressed up front with some of the managers candid and demure reactions to some of the complaints and my three day stay has only convinced me more that verybody at the Melia is doing their utmost to make guests feel comfortable.
