the first room on the six floor had mold on the curtains and we
complain
ed to mgmt and was moved to room 2003 which we thought was reasonably clean until the next morning and we noticed that there was piles of hair on the carpet and the corner of the bathroom that was left from the last guest.

What on earth is wrong with you guys? Do you
complain
for the sake of
complain
ing? Is it a national pasttime? Or do you find it difficult to admit that people are doing a good job? I was impressed up front with some of the managers candid and demure reactions to some of the
complain
ts and my three day stay has only convinced me more that verybody at the Melia is doing their utmost to make guests feel comfortable.

The bartender that made our drinks was the only person who seemed to understand good service, but then asked my significant other's co worker to tip in cash, and
