1. The only complaint with this room was our balcony over looked the emergency side of the hospital, so it was a little difficult to fall asleep due to the sound of sirens at night.

2. What on earth is wrong with you guys? Do you complain for the sake of complaining? Is it a national pasttime? Or do you find it difficult to admit that people are doing a good job? I was impressed up front with some of the managers candid and demure reactions to some of the complaints and my three day stay has only convinced me more that verybody at the Melia is doing their utmost to make guests feel comfortable.

4. Although the traffic in Atlanta was more difficult than I expected coming from a smaller city, my stay at Melia Hotel was more than I expected.

5. Bad stuff: Parking is difficult to find and I gave up on the valet since there were at least 8 cars jammed into the tiny front entrance and no one really seemed interested in helping me (more about that later).
