1. Service - Checking in and out was a breeze, I don't require somebody to take me to my room and I had no issues with any payment or the staff.

8. I quit reading because I didn't want to go in with a negative attitude looking for issues, plus my hubby and I both work at resorts, so we are WELL aware that you can not always go by reviews.

10. I did have a couple of minor service issues while i was there; the staff acted immediately, kept me informed, and made me feel as if I was the only guest in the building (which I was not).
