2. - tiny bathrooms, poor plumbing- Slow front desk / check-in- Room requests not honored (I fully realize this is not always possible, but this is the first time I remember this being the case)- Many rooms close to highway, lots of highway noise since the doors exterior / balcony doors don't close very well.

6. We were unable to cool the room off, the AC unit could not keep the room about 77-78 degrees, the bathroom was tiny, very limited cable channels, we found sand in one of the beds but because it was late at night, we just slept on top of the covers.
