In my room specifically, there was this oily smell like the cheap perfume of a previous guest, it thought to
complain
to the front desk but I didn't find them particularly warm or welcoming when I arrived so I thought what's the point.

I was not the only family member that
complain
ed, about 6-8 were very unhappy with the rooms but did not check out because they had kids and older ones with them and that would have been a lot to pack up and move them.

The only good thing that I can say about this hotel is that it looks good from the outside and they have a pretty lobby and the front desk personnel are very courteous, especially when I went in my sleeping clothes to
complain
that the occupants in the next room were being extremely loud and gregarious.

I
complain
ed about it to the staff at the front desk who could not accomodate me with another room (they said they were booked) and said they would try to address the problem if they could find where the smoke was coming from.
