2. Came back down to report the issue and found 5-6 people in line, so I had to wait another 30 minutes before I could speak to someone to get it straightened out.

10. There was a definite issue - upon checking in to what they tried to have us "settle" for---example smoking rooms, handicap rooms, roll away bed with sofa, etc.
