1. A few minor detractions: the bathtub drains slowly; the shower head is a little low for a 6' person; the wallpaper in the bathroom was tattered and peeling at the edges / seems; no vent fan to remove excess moisture in the bathroom.

2. To give you an idea of the lack of attention to detail, the 'energy saver star rating' label was left on the fridge, there was a piece of wallpaper peeling off the wall in the bathroom that any cleaning attendant should have noticed if they cleaned the room.

3. The wall between the tub and toilet was also moldy and warped and the paper was peeling.
