1. I feel that this hotel is lacking these two aspects and consequently is missing opportunities to please guests.

2. To give you an idea of the lack of attention to detail, the 'energy saver star rating' label was left on the fridge, there was a piece of wallpaper peeling off the wall in the bathroom that any cleaning attendant should have noticed if they cleaned the room.
