3. - Tiny bathrooms, poor plumbing- slow front desk / check-in- Room requests not honored (I fully realize this is not always possible, but this is the first time I remember this being the case)- Many rooms close to highway, lots of highway noise since the doors exterior / balcony doors don't close very well.

5. A few minor detractions: the bathtub drains slowly; the shower head is a little low for a 6' person; the wallpaper in the bathroom was tattered and peeling at the edges / seems; no vent fan to remove excess moisture in the bathroom.

7. Hard to find as the monument sign was not lit up, soft upgrades to lobby do not hide worn brass and dated tiles, slow service at desk, small tired room (with nice beds), tv did not work, they missed my wake-up call (luckily I was woken up at 8.
