1. I can overlook the dated property/rooms for a one night stay, but when you pour on the aforementioned it is not worth it.

5. I got the lounge treatment since I am diamond, but that really does not offset the fact that this place needs to be shut down and about 10MM spent to bring this place up to date.

6. Hard to find as the monument sign was not lit up, soft upgrades to lobby do not hide worn brass and dated tiles, slow service at desk, small tired room (with nice beds), tv did not work, they missed my wake-up call (luckily I was woken up at 8.
