In no particular order:- Our room was tired, small, and smelled- The hotel may have a strikingly photogenic pool, but it was freezing cold (I assume unheated)- The staff were mostly distracted, verging on surly- WiFi only intermittently functioned- The valet car parking attendant managed to lose our car keysWe had the interesting experience of subsequently moving down the road to The Tides - which was great in every way - and almost exactly the same price.
