2. The bell boy who helped bring our bags up to our rooms was there when this nasty bug appeared, he tried to fob me off with 'its a german bug not a roach' Having travelled to many hot countries I knew exactly what a cockroach looks like.

4. I had called the hotel several times regarding this matter but they were very nasty and said that they were not responsible and that was their policy.
