1. Maintance came but could not fix the problem.

4. There is no way to get to the lobby from the Cabana wing without going outside ( a problem if it is raining).

5. The concierge's were helpful, only problem was that one of them sent us to a well known restaurant that was closed for the season and everyone else in town seem to know it had been closed for months, but other than that they were good when they were available (only one concierge at a time).

8. If a hotel overbooks, whose problem is THAT? The rooms were uber-small and the tacked on fee of $12+ per day 'resort fee' was ridiculous.

9. I requested two double beds but the hotel overbooked so they asked my friend and I take a room with a king bed- good thing we didn't have any problems with that.

10. a couple of small problems: we had a cabana room and it smelled very mildewey to the point that we sprayed lysol; tv over pool bar did not work; and for second year in a row there were private events planned around the pool so you had to leave earlier than you might want, but these were after 5:00 pm.
