1. My 6 year old had a little tummy bug one of our days at the hotel and after getting sick in bed, the staff sent someone up within minutes to change the bedding.

4. I said that was fine, when we started to strip the bed of the sheets we found more bugs on the mattress and under it on the frame as well.

7. The bell boy who helped bring our bags up to our rooms was there when this nasty bug appeared, he tried to fob me off with 'its a german bug not a roach' Having travelled to many hot countries I knew exactly what a cockroach looks like.

8. Obviously we requested another room, we requested one on the same floor as our relatives were on and my husband overheard the manager say to the maintenance guy on the walkie talkie that we were probably making up the story about the bugs just to be near our family.
