1. The RL seems to have had works done since we visited first so unsure if the annexed rooms have been updated or renovated since then, so apologies is this is outdated.

2. We had been to Hawaii before but this was our first visit to Maui, we booked the Royal Lahaina Resort for our Honeymoon in September 2004, and on arrival were horrified to be shown to our shabby, outdated room (not in the main building) overlooking the Luau.

5. for him it was supposed to be for both of us they keyed car was the end of it for me the resort is outdated for older people more or less they have a don club its never opened cept on saturday nights only till 8-11 these people are desperate for good staff obviously and good money.
