1. Sadly we will have to wait until someone gets ill from the mold and mildew conditions or a lawsuit is filed against this property.

4. I would have give this place 4 stars if it wasn't for our reservation mix-up and if it wasn't for the mold growing in one of the rooms we saw.

7. There were RODENT DROPPINGS on the floor in the bathroom, visible mold throughout the room and the promised 'view' was of a tall fence hiding the dumpy hotel from their luau area.

9. The cleanliness is a big thing for us, our bathroom toilet the only thing that was cleaned was the bowl not the seat you sit on nor the lid, the shower had mold.
