1. I had a difficult time choosing which hotel to book based on the reviews here.

The resort is well catered for, despite its age, still has qualities difficult to find in other resorts, staff are extremely helpful and would do the extra mile to accommodate your needs, we liked the swimming pool bar, beach is well maintained, and the restaurant by the pool side serves some of the best Mai Tais in Maui.

3. In the vening they have a seperate Luau parking but it still becomes difficult to find a parking spot if you come back late to the hotel.

4. We are Australians and tea drinkers, it was difficult to get a decent cup of tea as Americans are mainly coffee drinkers, no small kettles or electric jugs in the rooms, you had to make a cup of tea in a drip through coffee maker.

5. The spaces are so small that it can be very difficult to get your car parked and then you may not be able to open the doors far enough to get in or out.
