1. The only negative I can think of was in our room we could hear the shower running in the above floors which was somewhat noisy, but did not hamper the overall great experience with our stay.

We are not high-maintenance people and reading previous reviews really helped with expectations - knowing it wasn't the newest, latest, greatest resort; noisy floors from upper units; thin walls with next door units; no swimming beach directly in front of resort and other things - really helped.
