8. We learned about the Niihau shells that are quite well known in Kauai and it is very interesting to hear about hard they are to find and how long it takes to make jewlery with these shells, I did get a pair of earrings, you should a certificate if they are expensive.

10. We had good meals at the Bull Shed, Lemongrass (expensive), Dukes at the Marriott in Lihue and if you really want to splurge the Friday night seafood buffet at the Princeville Hotel is just tremendous ($50/person).
