1. My only negative points is that the pool is somewhat small and away from the ocean.

2. The only negative I can think of was in our room we could hear the shower running in the above floors which was somewhat noisy, but did not hamper the overall great experience with our stay.

4. No compalints about location or view, G is set back slightly deep than other beach side units, however that is not a negative, we had great views of the beach and waves from our unit.

7. On the negative for us, sleep was a major criteria and there is little noise reduction, so you do hear your neighbors upstairs and next door.
