1. The beach off the property was damaged significantly in the hurricane in 1992, so it is not a large beach and not super conducive to swimming, especially in winter when the current is strong.

(My wife was 6 1/2 months pregnant, so AC is a must)-The front door paint was almost all chipped off and filthy-The closet door had major water damage and was flaking apart-The ceiling fans in this unit had their power cables tacked to the ceiling with thumb tacks-All of the dishes, glasses, etc.
