1. The annoyance was that someone would close and lock the laundry door when we used it, causing me to have to walk over to front desk with laudry basket in hand and ask them to unlock it.

2. The small annoyances were that in room internet did not work, the provider was called, the resort sent engineering up to check modem and cable, they said it was an issue with the internet provider.

3. We've stayed at other time shares and this was not the best one of them, however it was not bad, only a few little annoyances but overall it was good and we had a wonderfull vacation with Pono Kai as our home base.
