1. The bed spread, carpet and entire unit smelled moldy and the ratty carpet looked so filthy I did not take my shoes off.

2. Can't beleive we traded a 5 star 2 bed, 2 bath full kitchen condo for a smelly (mold?) extremely outdated (decor and cabinets/bath fixtures, carpet and bedding from the 70's) one bed/no kitchen condo with a view of the parking lot.
