1. We had small problem with the new room and the air conditioner - it was hot or freezing with no in between.

4. We had a few problems with our door key not functiong correctly, however the manager personally saw to our problem and found a solution for us without changing rooms.

7. We complained, they said this was a problem with all ocean side units, they moved us but other room no better.

8. The problem was fixed the next day and for the minor inconvenience Lave comped us with two free nights parking (they share a parking garage with another hotel) for a jeep we had rented.

10. The hotel did not seem to be close to 100% occupancy (rarely saw anyone on our floor) and I have not had problems at other hotels/resorts with getting a checkout a few hours late.
