2. A drunk guy came knocking on our door, and when we called down stairs to the reception they shrugged like it was no big deal.

3. The only thing we didn't really like but wasn't a big deal, was that we took a room with no balcony, this isn't a problem if you aren't planning on spending anytime in your room, which we weren't, but if you do like to spend time in your room, then I'd suggest you get a balcony.
