1. HAIR came down out the shower head like from a movie and soap scum was all over the entire bathroom was gross the room had a smell and its was the most miserable hour of our lives.

9. elevator was super small sometimes poeple try to squeeze into a small space, its really gross and didnt help when poeple farted in it, it lingered longer in a already gross elevator, how hard is it to toss a little paint and brass polisher, one day it didnt work and we has to climb 9 levels.
