1. unfortunely our view was on the side looking out into the rooms of other places of the apartment beside us.

4. Our room faced the unfortunate apartment block, but this didn't matter to us - the point of going to Hawaii is to see Hawaii, not to spend your time in the hotel.

6. The facilities at the Bamboo, along with the lovely pool area and colocation with the Spa (which we unfortunately did not use) make me definitely want to stay here again.

7. All the negatives combined did not ruin our trip in the slightest bit but the cockroaches are a deal breaker and unfortunately, I would not stay at this Aqua hotel again.

9. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for her and I never saw her without a smile and a friendly word for anyoneshe came in contact withAll in all this is a good hotel with a great location l but unfortunately still needs a fewimprovements to make it a great place to stay.
